The large banner that I ordered under said that if I ordered by the following day's date, I would be guaranteed delivery before Christmas. As this wasn't the issue and the number of times I had restated the issue seemed sufficient, I gave up and waited. As soon as my order was processed, I recieved notice that the gifts would arrive by 16 January. Several emails to and fro, I was told that there was no way for Amazon to track the progress of my parcels. The parcels did arrive in time for Santa to deliver them. The set is gorgeous and I am happy with how things turned out.
